
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga focuses on building strength both mentally and physically, and flexibility to help prepare for birth as well as parenthood. Breathing, movement, relaxation, meditation, and community building will all be emphasized during these classes.
Great for all stages of pregnancy, all body shapes, all genders, and all levels of experience. Partners, doulas, support people and family members are not only welcome, but highly encouraged to join.
Join Jes during your prenatal yoga journey. She is 200hr YTT trained, with an 85hr Prenatal Yoga Training and also a CAPPA certified Labor Doula and trained Postpartum Doula. She is a mother of two, and is passionate about all things pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.
