She Receives Workshop

Armed with deep awareness around what a gift it is to learn to Receive from the Infinite Well of Love Within, I'm designing this workshop to be a somatic experience of dipping into that well and coming out transformed.

Teaching a bit on Universal Law, and introducing the Radical Recovery of Self program, we'll go through a mindful exercise to begin, we'll then go into a gentle flow practice and delve deeper into the exercise within. We'll finish with Sound Bowl Therapy.
