Park Yoga

Enjoy your practice outdoors! The team at Saunter Yoga and Wellness will be offering Park Yoga for FREE to the community. Classes will be held the last Sunday of every month from February until the end of October. There will be a rotation of teachers and you are welcome to give a donation directly to the teacher for their time and energy if you feel called to do so. Times may vary month to month depending on weather and if city events are scheduled at the parks. Please check Mindbody for the start time and your instructor. Dress in layers and bring your own mat (a towel for under your mat if the grass is wet), props, water and maybe a picnic to enjoy after your practice. Save your spot and sign the waiver ahead of time on Mindbody!
