Wheel Yoga

Wheel Yoga is a creative way of practicing yoga poses and helps the student to get deeper into a posture. Using a yoga wheel is a great option to assist in moving towards poses like backbends, side bends, heart and hip openers. Use of the yoga wheel can also assist in balancing yoga poses, improve balance, stability, core strength, and full awareness of the body's posture in these poses.
Yoga wheels will be provided.
